SELENITE 透石膏

Selenite is from a soft mineral named Gypsum which is known as the mother rock of Selenite. It can come in different colors but is usually white or clear. It was mainly used for healing and peace by the Ancient Romans and Native Americans. The Ancient Greeks relate Selenite to the moon goddess Selene who symbolizes the moon and manifests love, blessing and tranquillity. They even made windows using Selenite as the daylight and moonlight would reflect beautifully against Selenite. ©HSP
