You can join the HSP Membership Program by signing up on our website or via mobile. Registration is free and simple. Just provide your name, registered email and create a password. You'll be able to start earning points immediately after your first purchase. This Program is a way in which we reward and thank our loyal customers for purchasing our beautiful crystals on our website.

You can earn points every time you make a purchase on our website. For every HK$1 spent on our online store you will earn one point. Additional points can be earned through special promotions, seasonal offers and sometimes by purchasing selected items. Stay updated on our website and IG for new announcements.

Points can be redeemed through the member widget after you sign in. Simply choose the number of points you wish to redeem and then a coupon code will be generated. Every 10 points is equivalent to HK$1. After your coupon has been generated you will be able to use the code for your next purchase. For each purchase, you can redeem a maximum of 3000 points (equivalent to HK$300).

Points are valid for a period of 6 months from your latest purchase. Any unused points will expire and be forfeited after 6 months and your points will be reset to zero in which you may start accumulating new points and rewards. Let's use an example. I currently have 200 points that will expire in June and the current month is April. If I make a purchase now and deduct 100 points I will have a remaining balance of 100 points. From my new purchase I earn 600 points and this will leave me with a balance of 700 points and the expiry date will be revised from April to October (+6 months).

This generated coupon is valid for a period of one month and only can be used by the member who generated the coupon. Please note the coupon will expire after one month so it is recommended to generate the coupon only when you are planning to make a purchase on the day.
