Free shipping is offered to the following international locations.

Taiwan - For purchases equivalent to 800HKD or above. (equivalent to ~3200TWD).

Japan - For purchases equivalent to 2000HKD or above (equivalent to ~36,000YEN).

Standard shipping costs will apply depending on the location and this will be added during the checkout of your items.

All international customers will be responsible for any Customs and VAT fees (if applicable). This is subject to your delivery location. If your delivery location is subject to any of these fees please ensure you are aware. Local Delivery - We use SF Express for local delivery, it usually takes 1-3 business days for your products to arrive.

International Shipping -For International orders, we ship either by SF Express or Hongkong Post and it generally takes 7-16 business days to arrive.

Please note that public holidays are not included in the calculation.

Tracking - Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email and once an order has been shipped you will receive the parcel tracking number either by email or SMS.

All products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after an order has been processed.

Natural crystals have been nurtured on the Earth for millions of years and each crystal is unique and has its own energy and character. They are shaped by mother nature and it is normal for them to have natural imperfections. Some of our crystals have been polished and may have slight imperfections or nicks as a result of this and some are naturally fragile in terms of its texture, hardness or be susceptible to flaking. We try our best to show the imperfections of each crystal and stone in our photos and suggest that customers carefully consider the product when making their purchase decision. If required we can also take videos to show the crystal and send to you via WhatsApp or email. *In case of cancellation of an order initiated by Home Stone Peace, we will provide a refund to our customers. If the customer agrees, we can also arrange to replace the cancelled item with an item of equivalent value or higher.  For items with a higher value the price difference will need to be paid.
